A “BYOB” restaurant, Matisse 167 offers a Prix-Fixe Menu frequently updated by Chef Greg to showcase the finest quality local and seasonal ingredients.
Matisse 167’s inventive Prix-Fixe menu is widely recognized for its thought-provoking flavor combinations and artistically plated dishes. Each dish on our menu is personally and meticulously prepared by Chef Greg for our guests.
Matisse 167 is currently open for dinner five evenings per week.
A four-course (3 savory, one sweet) prix-fixe menu is available Wednesday – Sunday for $125 Per Person.
A three-course option (2 savory, one sweet) of the same menu is available on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings for $95 per person. The three-course option is not available on Friday or Saturday.
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available with advance notice.
